Starting way before the pandemic, online learning saw a growing entity on college and university campuses across the country.

Millions of students around the world are completing degree programs from the privacy and relative comfort of their own home.

Online learning can be done anywhere either asynchronously or synchronously. In both cases, the remote format typically requires students to complete more assignments, spend more time online, and basically teach themselves the material and ask questions, as needed.

One of the hideous truths about education that the pandemic revealed is that students with learning disabilities are thought of second, if at all, when making decisions to adapt learning to fit the needs of the “normal” student on campus.
