How Intentional Energy Shapes How We Heal and Connect
There was a time when I did not think spirituality had a place in my life. It seemed abstract, maybe even unnecessary. But as life began to stretch me in different ways (e.g., through uncertainty, stress, and transitions) I found myself reaching inward.
I started asking deeper questions and paying more attention to what helped me feel at peace. Over time, I began to define spirituality in my own way, as a practice rooted in energy, care, and intention.
For me, spirituality does not begin in sacred texts or religious ceremonies. It begins with how I move through the world.
It is about the energy I bring into a space, the way I respond to others, and the commitment I make to protecting my own peace. I believe in karma, in mindfulness, and in making choices that avoid harm.
I pay attention to the tone I use when speaking, to how I listen, and to whether I am being present. These are not grand gestures, but they are deeply spiritual acts in how they center connection and kindness.
