It offers unparalleled access to vast amounts of information, enhances collaboration, and provides innovative learning tools. However, it also presents a wide array of distractions that can hinder students’ ability to focus and concentrate on their studies. One of the primary distractions posed by technology is the abundance of entertainment options at our fingertips. Social media platforms, online gaming, streaming services, and endless websites can easily divert our attention from academic tasks.
